PAYMENT METHODS:

Online Orders:
Your order is sent to us from the store via email, we then contact you to take your card details over the telephone.

Credit/Debit Cards Accepted:

Offline Orders: Telephone: 0114 2676000 to place your order and provide card details over the phone, or arrange other form of payment. (cheques payable to: "Mor2Party")

The price you see per item is the price you pay. VAT is included in the price.

DELIVERY AND POSTAGE CHARGES:

All orders must be paid for and transactions cleared prior to despatch of goods.
Postage is charged at £2.50 per order in the UK with free delivery on orders over £50.
Orders sent abroad from the UK are charged at £5.00 delivery per order.

Payment is taken in Pounds Sterling. Where goods are being purchased from and shipped abroad, currency conversion will be made by the Protx payment gateway.
Delivery is by Royal Mail and standard delivery time in the UK is 2-5 days. Please allow more time for orders shipped outside of the UK.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

We hope our customers are happy with all goods purchased from Mor2Party. If however you do need to return an item, please email us at sales@mor2party.co.uk indicating reasons for the return. Please include your full contact information, and provide your Order Reference number.
The cost of postage will be your own liability - unless the goods are being returned due to a fault.
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of goods. A refund will be processed against the original credit/debit card used by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
